Giselle is a registered MFT Associate working under the supervision of Letti Estrella, LMFT. She holds an M.S. in Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from San Diego State University. Her fee is $80/session and and $70/session for college students. Request an Appointment.

A note from Giselle:

As someone who navigates multiple cultural and social identities, the lens that I practice therapy through also takes these contexts into account for my clients. I am a strong believer that wellbeing is more than a reduction of negatives in our lives. Our sense of wellness also comes from deepening our understandings of the contexts we exist in and making shifts towards our preferences. 

I am interested in working with adult individuals and couples experiencing transitions or shifts in their lives. As your therapist, it is my goal to support you, no matter what that may look like. Oftentimes, I find myself in a space of walking alongside my clients in their journeys, as opposed to leading the way. I am uninterested in being the expert in the room, as we all have a unique lived experience and I feel your experience can be used as a catalyst for your own change and healing.
