A Note from Claire:
Being welcomed into a warm and inviting space where you are respected and deeply listened to, while sharing the most intricate stories of your life, can be a profound source of support and healing. I am curious about the courage that may have brought you here—something we all need as we navigate the changing seasons of life. I’m also curious about the possibilities of what we can create in our work together.
My therapy approach is shaped by my lived experiences and grounded in the understanding that every person is inherently resourceful. It is gentle, collaborative, active, and client-centered, honoring the many ways people find healing. I am fascinated by how our relationships impact our well-being and passionate about uncovering new pathways to healing—discovering the hopes and dreams often hidden in the cracks of life’s challenges. Therapy can provide a valuable space for you to reflect on life’s experiences and discover preferred meanings and ways forward that align with your values and support your wellbeing.
Grounded in Narrative Therapy, I am dedicated to facilitating meaningful change in people’s lives while creating a space that honors all identities and experiences. I am interested in working alongside adult couples, families, and individuals as they navigate life’s unfolding chapters. It is a privilege to be invited into my clients’ lives.
